Some lawmakers from the North Eastern region met with
former Vice President Atiku Abubakar to discuss the proposed North East
Development Commission NEDC which will be similar to the Niger Delta
Development Commission. The North East have experienced immense
destruction since the birth of the terror group, Boko Haram.
