As one of those cities having a population in excess of 17 million
people. Lagos state government says it is imperative to provide
facilities and infrastructure for the city that will cope with such
large demographics and which will be of comparable standard to what is
obtainable in all other mega cities in the World, so as to ensure high
quality life for the residents of Lagos.
In line with these needs and objective, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode has
conceived an initiative to provide the city of Lagos with world class
residential, business recreational and other facilities that will
measure up to what is obtainable in all the mega cities of World.
